By registering your name on Buyer Sign In sheet you are agreeing to these Terms by attending the auction.  Buyers must have current, valid, photo I.D. (Government issued I.D.) if requested by Site Manager or Auctioneer to enter site.

All persons must register with auctioneer to attend and/or participate in the sale.  You must provide a valid address & phone number.  All registered Buyers must be at least 18 years of age.

You are bidding on entire unit.  ALL purchases are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without any guarantees or warranty expressed or implied.  Buyer assumes all risk of potential hazards in each unit when bidding and purchasing.  Buyer releases NOR CAL STORAGE AUCTIONS, INC. and Storage Facility from any and all liability that may occur while removing goods from unit sold.  Be careful!

All purchases are CASH only and payment (plus taxes and deposits) is due immediately after the sale or the unit will be re-sold.  Buyer cannot leave to get money when the auction is over.  All sales are final, no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

All minors must be accompanied & kept at hand by an adult throughout auction site.  No animals allowed while conducting the auction.

Cleaning deposits will be charged and collected for each unit bought.  The amount of the deposit (minimum $40.00) will be at the discretion of the management and/or the auctioneer.  A cleaning deposit is refundable only if units are cleaned out thoroughly and within the allotted time allowed.

Due to potential fire danger NO SMOKING is allowed while on site premises.

State sales tax is applicable unless Buyer shows the original valid certificate and gives copy of State Board of Equalization seller's permit prior to payment.

Buyers may not enter or touch anything in unit(s).  After viewing unit please move completely out of the way so the next person can view the unit.

Any firearms, drugs, or illegal items will be removed from the unit to be disposed of in a legal manner.

Auctioneer will note if the site requests tenant's personal papers and photo albums.  State law requires all personal information to be destroyed by shredding or other method making such papers illegible.

The use of Company Dumpsters is strictly forbidden unless arrangements are made with site manager.

Tenants in default have the right to pay for the balance in full before their unit is auctioned.

No items can be removed until end of auction.  ALL CONTENTS in the unit must be removed from site premises.

No vehicle will be sold unless the Department of Motor Vehicle lien process has been completed.

Management has the right to withdraw a unit from the sale at any time for any reason.

Management and auctioneer reserve the right to bid on a unit providing an announcement has been made prior to the start of the auction.

Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse (not accept) any bid from any person who is disruptive, or has caused a problem for other facilities or at any prior auction.

In the event of a dispute or tie bid the auctioneer at their discretion may determine the highest bidder or he may reopen the bidding to determine the highest bidder.

This auction is being conducted in compliance with California Commercial Code 2328 of the Commercial Code, Section 535 of the Penal Code, and the provisions of the California Civil Code.

No buyer's premium unless the auctioneer announces a buyer's premium will apply in advance of sale.

NOR CAL STORAGE AUCTIONS, INC. shall have the right to make image and audio video recordings of the auction, to use said recordings and if deemed appropriate, to make this public. Participants give their permission by participating in the auction.
